I'm off to the OSSAS in a few hours. Darn this real job - it's getting in the way of my cake decorating. I'm actually entering this year. Wish me luck!!

Tulsa! I lived in Jenks for 18 months, loved it! And miss it everyday, what wonderful, kind down home people! Oh, to be in the south again!

The ossas is the best thing about living in the Tulsa area! Now if we could just get a cake decorating supply store I'd be a happy woman!

We're going to the Disney on Ice show tomorrow night and are spending the afternoon at the fair. I can't wait to see all the cakes!

Nope, not a single one other than Michaels or Hobby Lobby and their prices are just ridiculous.

I go to OKC now and then and always schedule in a trip to a cake decorating supply store while I'm there. Otherwise, I buy online.

Is there a cake supply store in OKC? I'm over there a couple of times a year and would love to have a store to go to. Welcome to Tulsa and Good Luck Daisy. I'm usually gone and can't attend the show. I'll be there this year.

They have several, but I've only been to the one that is on N. Meridian called the Cake and Party Stop. Prices aren't anything to shout about, but they have a decent inventory and they're really helpful there.

There's another place called Midwest Bakers I'd like to check out but I don't know much about it.

I go to Cake and Candy Connection which just moved from Portland to the Target Shopping Center on NW Expressway and Rockwell. They have an outstanding inventory and they are so nice and helpful. It's my favorite place to shop. Midwest Bakers is also an awesome store, it is just loaded from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. The owners are wonderful and she will ship to you if you call the store. My only complaint is their hours are awful, no weekends, and closed by like 4:30 on weekdays.

I was wondering about the other stores, but last trip I was on very limited time and knew exactly where the Cake and Party store was. Next time though...

Hey guys! Another Okie here! I'm going to the Fair tomorrow, so I can't wait to see the cakes. We're taking DD to the Princess show, too, so I'll keep my eyes open for CC'ers!
