Navy Cream Cheese Icing/

If I don't have Americaolor navy coloring, how can I get a good navy? And does cream cheese icing color the same way buttercream does or does it take more coloring? less?

I have made a dark royal blue using A LOT of the Wiltons royal blue and adding red. This was very close to navy - try adding a touch of black.
