I'm not sure which picture you're talking about, but if you want a blanket fringe, I think you can use the grass tip which is tip #233

Thank you to all who replied! Yes, TinTN, it was your cake--I will be using that idea for a baby shower, and change the animals to sports things. I was looking and looking for ideas, and that one popped out at me. Peacock and Purple, I don't know how to yet, but it was a good idea how to attach a cake picture from the page.
