Has anyone made the horse and carriage in the sketches gallery uploaded by sugarnut? I pmed her about it but I don't think she has gotten my message. I don't understand the instructions and was hoping someone could help me.

I will post the links to the 2 sketches that make it.

My main question is assembly? I can't figure out how to put the floor and walls on. It looks like it would need to be curved, but it is made from color flow or royal.

Thanks for trying Indydebi! I guess I will figure it out!

Anyone else want to take a crack at it?

The floor and walls don't have to be curved because you glue them to the inside of the carriage sides. Imagine gluing the edges of a horizontal ruler between two round, back to back, cake pans. The pans are curved, but the ruler goes straight between them. Geez, if this makes sense to you, you're as nutty as I am. icon_biggrin.gif

Diane I am as nutty as I can be! icon_lol.gif

I understand what your saying with the roof and floor. It is the long rectangle piece marked foor, front and back sides, that is confusing to me.

I know this isn't the same horse and carriage, but the Wilton one may help you to figure it out.

No problem! I've been wanting to make the stagecoach, but haven't had a reason! Not too many cowboys here in Virginia!
