Color Flow Question

can someone help me with color flow?
I am looking for the recipe or technique using powder sugar in the recipe instead of jel. I have been using jel and want to try the other method for a cake due on saturday. I can not remember the name of teh lady that posted a picture the other day using this method but I was impressed with her work.

Check out Wilton.com
Wilton has recipes and techniques online for you.
I use their recipe all the time for color flow.
You can use regular royal icing also.
(I have not tried using a jel for colorflow.)

Pearl, are you referring to the Sugarveil method or the Royal Icing recipe made with powdered sugar, flavoring and egg whites?

Ah yes, I have the recipe printed out but have not tried it yet. Tomorrow I'll try it because I have a cake to make that requires color flow RI to be made.
