Has anyone ever done edible images in sepia tones and if so, how did it turn out? Also, I planned on putting this on an ivory background - would that be a problem or is it supposed to be done on white only? I've never done an edible image before so I wasn't sure.

Thanks for any help you can pass my way........

I have done lots of edible images but have never been asked for a sepia one. However, since you are putting them on an ivory background I would suggest that you increase the brightness and contrast so that the image shows up.

I have not done sepia, but have done black and white and I think they turned out just fine.

thanks for the replies - I have been working on the brightness and contrast of the pics because it looked like I was losing some detail when I printed on my regular printer and that's why I wanted to make sure I wouldn't screw it up. Also, I'm having it sent out to be printed and want to make sure I get it right.

Thanks again!
