Can someone recommend a great tasting chocolate fondant that is moisture resistant? I read on here recently that one of the fondant brands does this. I also read recently that someone shipped a fondant cake; do you have to freeze a fondant covered cake before shipping?

Just saw your post. I just tried Choco-Pan chocolate fondant and it was really yummy. Tastes like fudge. I ordered it from IntoTheOven. Not sure about your other questions, but maybe someone else will see your post and can help.

Satin Ice makes a chocolate Fondant that tastes like a tootsie roll.

Just type in "Satin Ice Chocolate" into a search engine and it'll come up.

I've never shipped a cake. Hope someone else can answer that one.

I don't know where I read this, but the article talked about using dry ice to ship products because the dry ice doesn't produce moisture or condensation. I'll look for the article or website and update if I can find it again.

I knew I'd find it - HTH -
