I have my first order for cupcakes and I'm not sure what to charge. I was thinking $1.50 each for a basic price. This is the same price as my sheetcakes. How much are yours? Thank you!
That's what I was thinking when I read your subject line, $1.50. That's for regular cupcakes with a swirl top. Fondant decorations, probably $1.75 or $2.00. That's less than what I was going to charge per person for cakes, but I think cupcakes are easier than a cake.

The specialty cupcake place near me charges $1.95 for basic cupcakes. I guess it depends on your location too. I think selling them around your basic cake price is a good idea though.
