Thanks for the reply...will make on Friday and use on Saturday. By the way, do you think that I could torte my cake with the BC and icing with Ganache a day before it is to be picked up?
If so, do I need to refrigerate it immediately? Will be decorating in the afternoon and will be picked up the next mid-morning?? ![]()
