I have made them two days before I needed to use them, and it was fine.

Thanks for the reply...will make on Friday and use on Saturday. By the way, do you think that I could torte my cake with the BC and icing with Ganache a day before it is to be picked up?
If so, do I need to refrigerate it immediately? Will be decorating in the afternoon and will be picked up the next mid-morning?? icon_rolleyes.gif

yes, you can it has to be refridgerated.
