Buttercream Lifespan??

Hi folks,

Looking for a bit of help please. Can anyone advise how long I can keep the Buttercream Dream mixture in the fridge?

It is in an airtight plastic container. I made it up about 10 days ago and I have most of it left. I have a family christening cake to do this weekend, do you think it would be ok?

Any help appreciated, thanks. thumbs_up.gif

I would say 2 weeks after that I wouldn't use it.

I think it will keep about 2 weeks in the fridge.

My instructor had said a couple of weeks in fridge but you can freeze and it is useable longer. icon_cool.gif
