Hi There--

I want to make the cheeseburger cupcakes, but I do not want to make fondant and I do not have a KA to make the rolled buttercream recipe on this site? Other suggestions for cheese? Or another rolled BC recipe?

Have you considered candy clay? It is delicious and would easily make a slice of cheese.

What about starbursts? they could be rolled out if you can get the right color.
