Do you mean the lofthouse cookies? Those are really tasty, I'd like to see if anyone has a copycat recipe! In the meantime I'll check the old forums and see if I can find any info for you.

Lofthouse Frosting

4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup shortening
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract (or a mixture of the two)
food coloring (optional)

With electric mixer, cream together the sugar and shortening until smooth. Gradually add milk and vanilla, mixing until smooth and stiff. (Mix on medium low for about 5 minutes.) Color as desired.
