Okay - this thread is a bit selfish but it gives you all chance to show off too...

I have nothing to show (yet!) - but I have to make an 8" round cake for Satuday for a woman - no color scheme, anything I want....

So come on folks show me what you've got! Let's see your best non-sheet cake, 1 level design, it doesn't have to be round.

Do you mean 1 layer or 1 tier (2 layer)?

It could be 1 tier, any number of layers I guess. I wasn't sure if it is called a tier if there was only one. I confused myself when I was writing *DOH!*

Rezzy those are beautiful - love the one with the shells all around the side!

or a chocolate wrap:

Ok No way are my cakes on the same level as the others posted but I've come a long way. Here is the link to my album.

If you try to do burgandy don't use only burgandy because it will taste horrible.

Here's a link to my album. They were more for children, but some are feminine. My baby shower cake with the pregnant fondant lady on top is for a lady and the hot pink, leopard/zebra cake was for a set of 15 year old twins.
