Seriously? Grey's Anatomy!

Hello -

I've just received a frantic phone call from a customer wanting a small cake for a girls night in to watch this seasons premiere of Grey's Anatomy. I've searched the gallery and forums over and can't find any cakes or ideas - which really surprises me!

I will have all of about 2 hours tonight to decorate this cake -- so the design will need to be fairly simple -- so can anyone come up with an idea besides my first thought of:

Seriously?

or the second thought of just replicate the shows title.

Do you do any fondant work at all? It could be cute to replicate this pic on top of the cake.....

.....just a plain cake with 2 pairs of intertwined feed peeking out from under a sheet.....and you could write "Grey's Anatomy" on the sheet.....

Thanks all - love the feet and sheet idea!! And I definitely thought of the edible image - but the nearest store is 20 minutes away and that definitely does not fit the tight schedule!!

I have done some fondant work - but not much in the figure area -- but how hard can feet and toes be???LOL!!

Keep the ideas coming -

This is probably too boring but what about "doctor tools" on top of the cake? You know a stethascope (sp?) etc.

Maybe decorate a sheet cake like it is a reading from an electrocardiogram (with the zig zag up and down lines).

I like ChrisfromNOLA's & mgdqueen's ideas, too. So......when do we get to see what you ended up going with??? I can't wait! And I REALLY can't wait to see my show tonight!!!! Wooohoooo!!!
