chocolate buttercream or chocolate frosting? I'm not talking just OK-I'm talking so outrageously good that it's almost sinful, good. My husband's BDay cake needs to be done for next Sunday. Thanks in advance!

i just mix cooled ganache with my regular buttercream. It doesn't come out real dark in color, but it is soooo rich in flavor.

I have always liked the recipe that is on the back of the Hershey's cocoa box. The chocolate cake recipe is also good.
