Come play with me! Add on things that can only be attributed to Murphy's Law:

-We have a carpeted dining room. I vacuum the floor, then decide to serve rice with dinner. My youngest 2 kids end up with rice stuck from head to foot and sprinkled on the floor-you'd think they had a food fight!

-I go through changing all the sheets in the house, putting on fresh clean sheets. Wake up the next morning to DD crying saying she wet the bed icon_cry.gif

Oh yes, and the newly mopped kitchen floor gets milk spilled on it as we get ready for dinner.

Pick up the living room floor and vacuum it, haven't even put away the vacuum, turn around and there are about 50 toys and spilled oatmeal all over. icon_cry.gificon_mad.gif

Here's one that happens to me on a daily basis...I dont have kids yet but we have a dog. It happened last night again...I finish cleaning up the millions of doggie toys Rocky has pulled out. They are all put away in his basket and I turn around to go in the kitchen and when I come back in (30 seconds later) he has turned the basket upside down to get to the bone in the bottom. icon_smile.gif

One thing happened last weekend:
I have a satelite dish for tv. I lost the image only in the living room upstairs, the one in the basement was working fine. So I called the repair man, he came in, check everything inside (all was fine) he went outside, to find out that my 6 month-old mutt puppy (75 pounds) ate the cable!!!!!!! He repaired it (free of charge YAY!), the day after that I lost the tv again, the dog was munching at the cable AGAIN!!! I was able to stop him before he made too much damage, didn't have to call the repair man again, I decided to shorten the dog's chain so he can't reach it again....
So as soon as something gets repaired, it can be broke again if you don't watch it carefully!!!
