Does anyone vacuum seal their gourmet cookies? Or do you bag them individually for sale?

I tried vacuum sealing my cookies twice, and I don't think I'll do it again. One time was my special chocolate chip-oatmeal cookie, and when I sealed them, they smushed. I also tried it with some decorated roll-out cookies that I wanted to ship. I placed cardboard underneath them (for strength) with some waxed paper between cookies and cardboard. There was about a dozen cookies in the bag. Some of the decorated cookies broke when I vacuumed the air out. So, I bag all mine individually now.

I've vacuum sealed some cookies before (the chicago bears in my pics). I was afraid that the decorations would smear or get smashed but they were fine. But I have a feature on mine that has a "crush proof" button that stops the suction at a certain point so they don't get crushed. I still only vacuum seal if I'm shipping them or I need to keep them around for a good while.

I don't vacuum seal, but I do use shrink bags for cookies. Works great and you can use a hair dryer or heat gun to shrink them. I get the shrink bags from http://www.papermart.com/pages/shrinkwrap_welcome.htm?OVACC=Overture-high&OVRAW=%22shrink%20bags%22&OVKEY=shrink%20bag&OVMTC=standard&OVADID=2389703512&OVKWID=23736618512
