Have you tried e-bay? Sometimes you can find a good deal there, other times you can't.

There was just a thread about inserting mini-Xmas lights into glass blocks for just that purpose...

A friend of mine used to go to Dollar Tree during the holidays and even walmart when not available at DT, she would buy the mini strings of lights that run off either batteries or a plug. She would put them in old wine bottles and stuff and make really pretty flower arrangements out of them. You could do something like that, take fake flowers on a vine and wrap the christmas lights up in it and then wrap them around the poles and stuff of the cake stand and make it all fancy and pretty lol Just an idea icon_smile.gif
