this is the description i got off of www.intotheoven.com . you can buy the dust there or at decorating supply stores and websites. i hope this helps.

Product Description
This product is non-toxic but we recommend it for decoration purposes only.

Luster Dusts can be used on fondant or gumpaste for an added shimmer effect. For a subtle sparkle apply dry luster dust to your pieces. For a metallic or matte finish, mix luster dust with a small amount of vodka before applying. This product is great if you?re looking for a way to give your masterpieces that extra pizzazz.
