Oooh!! I just need to get rid of some excitement!!
Had friends of ours, actually, they were our bridesmaid and bestman at our wedding 40yrs ago, who are staying in Atlanta, come to visit over the weekend. When I heard she was coming, took the opportunity of asking her to bring me the new 2008 Wilton book. Well, I couldn't wait to see this book.... and when I did... oh my!! there are so many exciting things in there that I just want to down all my tools (meaning housework) and try all these ideas out. The only things is, that many of the items in the book I cannot send for as they don't do international orders. So, I will try and find these items in our local baking outlets, at an enormous price.

I'm sorry to hear that but there are so many ideas you can do with just buttercream or even homemade rolled fondant. I get so excited when the new book comes out too. It must be so hard being so far away from anything. If it makes you feel any better, I live in a rural area and have a hard time finding any cake decorating supplies locally. The internet is a good place to shop though and get ideas. Have fun with your new book!

You could always do what I do when someone won't ship overseas.....send it to a friend/family member in the states and have them mail it to you icon_smile.gif Takes a little longer, but it's always worth it icon_smile.gif
