I am sooo excited. Our oldest daughter just gave birth to our 2nd grandchild. Peyton Marie joined us at 3:05pm today. They did a pool of weight and length, and I got them both right. 7lbs. 12 oz. and 21 1/2 inches long. I will post a pic as soon as I get one. I am terribly sick so I just poked my head in to get a quick peek on mommy and baby.

It is weird, our youngest is 19 months old, and now she is an aunt! We have them from 23 down to 19 months. No wonder I am so tired.
I bow down and honor you O'patient one. How in the world do you do it.

Some days I ask myself that same question. It keeps me young I think. We have all girls. One is married with 2 kids, one in middle school, 2 in elementary school, and the baby.
