Can I Cover A Cake With Fondant That Has Cream Cheese Icing?

I have a customer that wants a "boobie" cake but wants it to be cream cheese icing. I thought the best way to get the flesh look would be to cover the cake with fondant, but was wondering if it would be OK to cover a cake that has cream cheese icing with fondant. TIA!

Yes you can cover cream cheese frosting with fondant. It works the same as covering buttercream.
