Any Problems With This Ebay Seller??

Hi everyone,
I ordered some lustre dust from the eBay seller Jester's Party Supply. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from him...the first time was great...got my stuff in a timely fashion, etc. Now this 2nd time, I ordered 3 things of lustre dust and after a week he emailed me and said I had not paid yet. I thought I had...I finally paid and apologized. I asked him to substitute one of the colors for me because someone here on CC told me the red I ordered is actually hot pink. He says that's not a problem, he will substitute. That was back on 11/11...same day I paid. I emailed him two days ago asking when he shipped because I still have not received my dusts. I have not heard from him. This guy is a big time seller, so I find it hard to believe he has not been online for days???!! Anyone have any experience on Jester's Party Supply???

I bought from him a couple of weeks ago. Someone here on CC recommended him. I personally thought he was a great ebayer. Fast response and shipping. Maybe it is the holidays, and he is extra busy or out of town, just a thought.

In your shoes, I think I'd give them a call on Monday--after the craziness of this long holiday weekend has subsided a bit.
Their website seems to encourage contact--they even have a toll free # and a fax.
