i have a great business opportunity to sell to a local florist which in turn they then will resell. They will be bagged and tied with ribbon. So how long do you think they would last once bagged? i know the question is going to come up

from baking to eating... i'd say about 2 weeks. more than that and the cookies can start to go "off". You can make them and freeze them (to avoid having to make many small batches) and they keep really well.
Good luck and congrats on the opportunity! icon_biggrin.gif

I made some NFSC for my kids preschool class; had some leftover; brought them home. They were still pretty good a week later (7 days) without being terribly stale tasting. They were stored in a plastic Rubbermaid container which sat on the kitchen counter.
