Someone shared this one with me...I'm sorry but I don't have precise measurements.
Add strawberries and a shot of lemon juice to saucepan amd simmer slowly. Once they have cooked down slightly and released their juice, add a slurry of cornstarch and water to thicken. Bring to a boil and let cool slightly. Put in a bowl with plastic wrap pushed down on the surface and put in refrigerator to cool. Does not need refrigeration after it has cooled.
HTH!

I buy Wildtree strawberry cheesecake mix.. you actually mix it with cream cheese and whipped topping.. Its very, very good and 1 jar makes a few batches..However, it does need refrideration. Other than that I buy the sleeve strawberry filling, from intheoven.. its very good.

I really like this recipe converted to strawberry. When making strawberry I use the lesser amount of sugar.

definately agree with alanahodgson the Raspberry recipe but with Strawberries, tastes like a strawberry fruit roll-up.
