How long will a cake last in the fridge? I frosted a frozen cake on Wednesday, decorated in class on Thursday. It's still in the fridge in a box. Can I still give this away? Will it still be moist?

My experience has been that after 3 days in the fridge it was still fresh and moist. That is, 4 days from baking and freezing, three days after decorating. I've nevern had occasion for a cake to sit any longer than that but I don't think you should have a problem if the cake was a moist one to begin with and if there aren't any funky aromas in your fridge. You're right at 4 days today.
