Ok so I have a photo shoot this comming weekend for a wedding promo. I have then been invited to do a cake for a mom's club for them to see & then recieve free add's for a whole year in their flyer. Meet some one who is going to do my website for free in exchange for cakes. I have my plam for the wedding shoot. I need a cute cake for the mommy event something that can be versatile for the girls & boys any suggetstions?

What about a cake with a playground or storytime at the library.

wow...that's a lot going on....
I would just suggest a unisex color scheme on a fun cake....
purple or green, or any primary colors.....

Little boys love bugs. Little girls love flowers. I have seen alot of cakes on here incorporating both of those in bright colors.

Ok...so I'm stealing 4starcakes idea about storytime. Sorry 4starcakes. But it got me to thinking...what about a small stack of classic childrens books (The Complete Book of Pooh etc) with one open to two pages of an actual book replicated in frosting/fondant. Like a classic Mother Goose nursery rhyme. That would definitely cover boys and girls and would show off your ability to do whatever they would need for their children.
