ALL MY FRIENDS BAKERS,

I WANT TO MAKE A GOOD LEMON CAKE WITH LEMON GLAZE AND I WILL LIKE TO KNOW A GOOD RECIPE AND I WILL BE MORE THAN WELCOME TO SHARE AS WELL SOME OF MY RECIPE... THANKS!!

Here is one I have been making for 45 years, it is so moist and delicious and best of all, easy to make. I wouldn't recommend it for a layer cake or a decorated stacked cake because it is so moist. But for just baking in a 9"X13" loaf pan or a Bundt pan it is perfect.

I have made the recipe ShirleyW posted, before and it is very good. I also have made just a lemon cake mix cake in a bundt pan. Pop out of pan and make same glaze, lemon juice w/ powdered sugar, and just drizzled it over the cake.

I made a lemon cake for Thanksgiving and it is soooo good.

You will never find a better cake recipe than Ina Garten's Lemon Cake. The recipe says to make 2 loaves, but I always make it in a bundt pan:
