Ok I have read some of the posts here and also seen on the " Food network" people working with Rice crispies for their 3-D figures/modeling.
My questionis, how do you use these rice crspies? Is there a special formula?

I wanted to make a sports ball theme cake, where I'm making basket ball as a 3D cake but want to also show case others balls and was thinking if I couls do that with rice crispies????

Please advice.

Thanks in advance.

There is nothing special you need to do. Just follow the directions on any rise cereal box and viola! RCT are fun and yummy. I just made some using the chocolate marshmellows from Walmart and they were delish!

Ok this might sound stupid...but what is the difference between " Rice crispies" that come in a ceral box and " Rice Krispy treats"????

Are they the same and have similar functions in making 3D figures??

Thanks

You have to add the binder with the cereal to MAKE the rice crispy treats. When I have a small project I just buy the pre-made treats....saves time.
