Can the Wilton bake even strips be washed?? Cake spilled over to me and they are really filthy and I would just like to put them in the washing machine?

I washed mine in the washing machine once. It worked, but usually if they need to be washed (and they usually don't, but accidents happen!) I put mine in the sink of soapy water when I wash my cake pans and wash them at the same time.
