My first post to this great website. I've found the cake extender recipe for layer cakes and I'm wondering if this can be used for a devil's food layer cake from DH? I have done a search but nothing comes up. Mom has requested chocolate, and with this being her 80th birthday, she should get what she wants...Thanks..
