Does anyone have any suggestions for lemon cake balls? I've searched everywhere on the site...maybe I'm not searching correctly but I have a number of cake layers left over that I either need to freeze or use soon.

Thanks! I had found the first link but not the others..My only thing is that I don't care for the candy coating....so I'm powdered sugar all the way.

I couldn't get to any of the links so I may be repeating an idea, sorry!
I used lemon cake mix, toasted almonds and lemon juice to bind it. Then I rolled them in powdered sugar, they were delicious!
