I've made citrus curds before with no problem. Today I tried to make a raspberry curd. It isn't thickening quick enough. I need to use it very soon! What can I do? Can you add a cornstarch slurry to something cold and have it still work?

you will have to heat it again to make the cornstarch thicken the mixture.
