I got the small container (2 tsp worth!) of luster dust and want to buy a larger quantity for doing more cakes. Where do you get yours? Have a website link that is a good price?

Also I am looking for the pattern for making the fondant look like a quilt. Is it a wheel that you use like a pizza cutter or an actual plastic sheet that you lay the fondant on first? (or both?)

Thanks in advance! I'm slowly adding to my cake decorating supplies!

For quilting the fondant you can buy impression mats with a quilted design in the plastic.

The luster dusts usually only come in the 2 gram jars. You can get pearl and some silvers and golds in larger sizes, but pretty much that is it. The site that Doug posted is good for bulk quantities of the same color for cheap.

Awesome, Doug! thumbs_up.gif Thanks for the link. Guess we tend to get foucsed on the word "luster" and do searches on that. Now, I may have to figure my options between there and payless and go shopping!
