I wanted to make raspberry cream filling for a white cake. So I looked in the recipes and I found one that sounded really great.I thought on it and went to the store and bought the ingredients (only 3). Then I came back on here to find the recipe to get exact measurements and I can't find it!! Did I dream up a filling?
1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
6-8 ounces seedless raspberry preserves
1 container cool whip
beat the cream cheese and raspberry preserves until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
I made it and it tastes great!
Enjoy it!
