Hi! I was just wondering. When you make a stacked fondant cake, do you put anything between the tiers to stop the icing pulling off when taking it apart to cut up? I was wondering if I should be putting icing sugar between or something?
thanks for your help,
mel

I use a little powdered sugar. I have also read on here where some use coconut. Either would work.

You might also try a piece of parchment paper under the layers.

I've used parchment paper and also nothing. Both worked just fine..I had let the frosting crust first.
