I have two full sheet cakes (I know...boring, but that is what is requested) for Sunday. I baked them and crumbcoated them tonight, but they are awaiting decoration. It is for a Moose Lodge (if any of you know what this is) picnic to celebrate their lodge 50th anniversary. Of course, a moose is in order, but I am having a hard time coming up with some good ideas. I will have exposure to a lot of potenital customers (there will be around 100 people there) so I want it to look great, but I usually don't do sheet cakes so I think that is why I am having such a hard time coming up with something. Any ideas, suggestions, pictures would greatly appreciated!!
I didn't know what Moose Lodge was, so I googled images. One image that popped up was this tapestry. I thought it could be inspiring.
