Luster Dust

i have a very stupid question. do I have to use alcohol to mix the dust or does some other liquid work, and is lemon extract like mint and orange. and can I use vanilla extract. another question sorry. shimmer dust does not do the same thing as luster dust right? I just don't know icon_redface.gif

In order to Paint with the lustre dust you need to mix it with a high alcohol content liquid such as vodka,lemon extract so that is will dry and evaporate quick.Lemon extract has a higher alcohol level than most of the extracts.Yes...you can use vanilla but use the clear as with the dark yellow lemon extract..the brown vanilla can bleed through the lustre dust distorting the color.Shimmer dust is totally different mainly used for dry dusting.
