When using a cake mix and wanting to use buttermilk rather than the water is it sitll the same measurements?? So if the box calls for a cup and a 1/4 of water is it still a cup and a 1/4 of buttermilk???
I have no idea - I would think that you're best bet is to contact the cake mix company. the consistency of the milk might really change the taste and texture of the cake.
