A couple of ways:
You could use square cakes stacked and carve the top to the angles you need (I would say when you get over the 2 layers in stacking dowel and board the next layers) or
use square cakes and use rice krispie treats for the top part and
then make a chocolate transfer snoopy to put on top
Hi, Also, go to Debbie Browns website, I believe is debbiebrown.com, not 100% sure, do a google on it. Anyway, under her books, she has a book of characters and he made a cake with snoopy just like your picture, without the christmas lights though, but very very similar and she did the snoopy in fondant and the roof of the house is cake covered in fondant but with a cake board under and a dowel structure for support. HTH.
