when Decorating a Turkey cake do you do the back of the tail board?

what do u mean I'm lost I frost the whole cake and then airbrush

back of the tail board? are we talking about a cake that looks like a LIVING turkey? witht eh feathers straight up? I would use a board for that, definitely.
