Because of not being home over the weekend, I was behind on my baking, so the past 2 nites have been making cakerolls folks ordered - 18 to be exact1 Went to bed at 1 this morning and finished filling the last two when I got up. I must be crazy!
However did stumble (by necessity) on a quick icing - mixed 8oz. of cream cheese with a cup of leftover WBH buttercream........yummy! that went on applie/spice mini-cakes I decided to add to my list at last minute!
