According to the all the directions I've seen to make calla lillies, you are supposed to form it around a pointed paper cup. I haven't seen one of those in YEARS 
! I've got to work on them tomorrow (I've already put it off way too long). Walmart, dollar store, office supply place... no one has them.
I think I'm just going to try to make some cones out of posterboard. I should've tried to experiment a bit before I needed them, but there just hasn't been time. Making my own cones is just adding another step, but I don't know what else to do.
Has anyone tried something else? Those who've made callas, what did you use?
What about making some parchment bags and using the ends of them? Other than that you can take some regular paper and draw a circle, cut your circle in half then use that to form your cone, which is what I do.
