i have read people talking about making images like a dog or eifle tower out of colorflow, what is that?

Colorflow is similar to royal icing, but dries harder. You make "full strength" color flow (similar to a fairly stiff RI) and pipe the outlines of your design onto parchment or waxed paper. After letting the outlines dry for a while, you use watered down color flow icing to fill the outlined sections.

After drying, the color flow pieces can be placed flat or stood up on/against a cake.

The "karate kids" in my gallery are made from color flow.
