Hi all,

I need to cover some donuts (for tires) with chocolate. Does anyone have a quick and easy way for me to make a chocolate dip? I've tried to melt the chocolate chips before but it never gets liguidy enough. I need something relatively runny but something that will dry nicely without cracking. HELP!

Thanks

Joanne

IMO - the quickest, easiest way is to buy a package of candy melts from the craft store. All you need to do is melt and let dry. Sorry - all my other methods require tempering.

This is great. I actually was going through my cake supplies and came across some of the candy melts and said - HEY that might work - but wanted to see what others came up with. So I will go with this idea. thank you!!!
