will I need to cover an 10" and 6" round cake??? I'm pretty new at all this...so will one batch of Rohanda's MMF be enough?
Or should I make 2 batches??

Please advice.

I like this site. The amounts you'll need to use and how much you need for the finished product are listed.

I think 1 recipe of MMF is about 2 pounds.
