I have a customer who has a son who is allergic to milk and eggs and needs a cake for her other child. She'd like one w/out milk & eggs so her son isn't left out...
Any ideas?

I don't have any recipes myself, but Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) has a website with lots of recipes and I am sure that some would be both milk- and egg- free. You might ask if it is ALL milk or just cow's milk, and if the child can have ANY egg or milk. IF she's already discussed this with you, it may mean that the answer is no, but some milk-or egg- allergic people can have a little if it is baked in a cake. Anyway, I hope the website helps you.
