Would gumpaste be an option? Like a 50/50 mix? I just tried to do a rush fondant job two weeks ago and there was just no speeding it up. Maybe try drying it in the oven with only the light on?

Good luck! Hope you find something that works!

Tylose powder. Use 1 teaspoon per 12 oz of fondant. I don't know if it will be dry enough for tomorrow. I always wait for at least 2 days.

Good luck.

GumPaste should do the job!

I'm sorry you're under the gun for tomorrow...that sucks. Plain fondant won't be dry enough for tomorrow unless you have a dehydrator. If you have some gumpaste, though, and mix it about 50/50 (or even a little higher gumpaste to fondant) if should be just fine by tomorrow. Good luck!

I'm not - the nearest Michaels is 4 hours away and the nearest WalMart is 1 1/2 hrs away. icon_sad.gif

I'm going to assume you already have gumpaste in your cupboard then so that may be the way you'll have to go. unless you know some one who's going to be in that area in time to pick a bow up for you.

i know how you feel.i live an hour away from the nearest walmart and the nearest michaals is 2 hours away from me.
