What about cake balls made with pumpkin roll crumbs. Fill with cream cheese icing and dipped in chocolate?

I was thinking cake balls to..just mix the crumbs with cream cheese instead of creamer. You could cover them in fondant. Or chocolate.

My best guess is:

A cream cheese ball that has be chilled or frozen.

Spiced cake that has been crumbed and bind with cream cheese rolled into a ball around the cream cheese ball and then dipped in candy melts.
