I know I've seen it on here before but I can't find it right now. How do I store my fondant cake. Do I refridgerate it or leave it out overnight.
Thanks

You do not refrigerate fondant covered cakes, since they will "sweat" when you take them out, causing the sugar to melt (worse case) and the colors to blead (not so worse case). You can keep it in a cardboard box, or simply leave it on a counter etc, in the open air (somewhere clean, of course). Do not put it in a non breating casing, such as covered glass/plastic cake stands or boxes, since it will make the cake sweat as well.

Lots of luck!
